This recipe is one of my favorites to meal prep for a quick and nutritious breakfast for myself and my family! I love that it is a versatile recipe that you can switch up based on the ingredients you have in your home. So far we have made plain banana oat muffins, blueberry banana oat muffins, and butterscotch banana oat muffins (one of my personal favorites).
